Everybody loves travel, as the memories and experience can be addictive. But at the same time, massive resources are required for travel, (like air travel, takeaway food trash, hotel amenities, etc) I love to travel, but want to reduce the impact I have toward the environment. "Zero waste travel dairy" hopes to document our travels, and also achieving less waste.
Zero Waste Travel Diary begins with reducing waste in our everyday lives. We hope to make zero waste simple and accessible, so that everyone can play a part in protecting the environment. It's more then just less trash.
Zero waste travel isn’t just about reducing the plastic you throw away or the carbon emissions you produce — it’s about transforming the way we engage with the world. It's saying no to consumerism. Empowering ourselves to make choices that hopefully create a better future for all.
We've had the privilege to stay at farms, visit community gardens, and create connection through other zero waste practitioner. Traveling consciously opens doors to meaningful connections with local economies, artisans, and farmers. Ultimately, we hope this will expand our worldview — through the lens of responsibility, gratitude, and genuine curiosity.
