Food options in Tokyo
It used to be almost impossible to get vegetarian / plant-based food in Tokyo, but they have been popping up in recent year. Here are a couple suggested places that we enjoyed!
Hemp Cafe Tokyo
They have some really great creative food! It's a small store, so reservations are recommended. Also portion sizes are on the smaller side, so can be a bit pricier but worth the try!
Bon 梵
Ready for a 10 course vegan meal? This is a legit japanese 懷石料理 that's made plant-based. They have no menu, as you simply choose how many courses you want. Make sure you have leave extra time to enjoy the meal, as it'll take about 2 hours. Reservations are required!
